If you place your order online, you’ll receive an email once your order has left our warehouse. This email will have all your tracking information.
To track your package or see your order status you need to find your shipping confirmation that was emailed to you. This email will be from customerservice@yarn.com
It may take up to 24 hours from the shipping confirmation email being sent for the tracking information to become available.
If you placed your order over the phone, you won’t receive any tracking information via email. Please contact us again in 3-5 business days, as the warehouse team will have processed your order, and have your tracking information ready for you.
