Before placing your order, please double-check that your delivery address and zip code are correct. Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we’re unable to change or update shipping or billing details.
If there’s a small error, such as an incorrect zip code, your local postal service may be able to help intercept or redirect the parcel. They can also assist with mail forwarding if you’ve used an old address.
If your parcel is delivered to an old address, we recommend reaching out to the new occupants to retrieve it.
